Website: www.diyprintz.com
Last Updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.diyprintz.com (the “Site”) and any purchases, services, memberships, SMS programs, or related offerings provided by DIY Printz (“DIY Printz,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, uploading artwork, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from DIY Printz.

1) Company Information

DIY Printz is operated by Dimelo 2Live LLC, doing business as DIY Printz and www.diyprintz.com.

2) Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or purchase a membership. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, policy abuse, chargeback abuse, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.

3) Accounts, Accuracy, and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information at checkout and in your account profile.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details, shipping address, billing information, artwork files, product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, and production options before submitting your order.

4) Products and Services Overview

DIY Printz offers products and services including, but not limited to:

  • DTF / UV Transfers, including gang sheets and transfer prints;
  • Custom Printed Apparel, including printed, decorated, embroidered, or otherwise customized garments;
  • Customized Products, including promotional products, marketing/print goods, and other made-to-order items;
  • Blank Products, including unprinted goods;
  • Digital Products, including downloadable or electronically delivered assets;
  • Memberships, including subscription plans and related benefits.

Certain products are made-to-order and may begin production quickly after payment, file submission, or approval. This affects cancellation, change, return, refund, and reprint eligibility.

5) Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Payment

A. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, hold, review, limit, or cancel orders for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, incomplete information, payment issues, policy abuse, prohibited artwork/content, inventory issues, production limitations, or pricing/listing errors.

B. Pricing and Errors

Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping rates, production options, and availability may change without notice. If a pricing, product, shipping, discount, or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate remedy, including refunding amounts paid.

C. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may not enter production until payment has been processed and accepted.

D. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees, unless a valid exemption is provided where required.

6) Production, Proofs, and Customer Approvals

Where proofs are offered or provided:

  • You are responsible for reviewing proofs for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, placement, sizing, layout, design, color expectations, and content.
  • Once you approve a proof or otherwise authorize production, you accept responsibility for the approved specifications.
  • Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may result in additional charges, production delays, or cancellation restrictions.

If no proof is provided, production is based on the files, artwork, selections, notes, and options you submit at checkout or through our approved ordering process.

7) Artwork, File Submission, and Print-Ready Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork/files are correct, print-ready, and meet our specifications. Common issues that affect print results include, but are not limited to, low resolution, incorrect sizing, compression artifacts, transparency problems, missing bleed, incorrect color profiles, incorrect file format, spelling errors, layout errors, and improperly prepared fonts or design elements.

DIY Printz is not responsible for errors, defects, quality issues, delays, or unsatisfactory results caused by customer-submitted artwork, incorrect files, low-quality files, improper sizing, poor image resolution, incorrect product selections, or files that do not meet print specifications.

Gang Sheets and DTF Transfers

  • Roll width: DTF gang sheets are printed on a 22-inch-wide roll. Length is determined by your order selection.
  • Automatic width adjustment: If a submitted file exceeds 22 inches wide, it may be automatically resized to fit our printing requirements. This adjustment may occur through RIP or production software and may be performed without manual oversight or notification.
  • By submitting files, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from file dimensions, scaling, layout, spacing, and automated adjustments.

8) Custom Printed Apparel

Custom Printed Apparel includes, but is not limited to, garments that are printed, decorated, embroidered, transferred, heat-pressed, screen printed, DTF printed, UV printed, sublimated, labeled, tagged, packaged, or otherwise customized based on customer instructions, submitted artwork, selected options, or approved proofs.

Because Custom Printed Apparel is made-to-order, customized, and produced specifically for the customer, all Custom Printed Apparel sales are generally final once payment is processed, production begins, artwork is approved, or blank goods are ordered for the job.

A. Customer Responsibility for Apparel Orders

You are responsible for confirming all details before placing your order, including garment style, brand, color, size, quantity, artwork placement, artwork size, print method, decoration method, spelling, design, and production notes.

Garment colors, print colors, thread colors, sizing, texture, and final appearance may vary due to manufacturer differences, monitor/screen settings, garment material, dye lots, production methods, and standard decoration tolerances.

B. Returns and Refunds for Custom Printed Apparel

Custom Printed Apparel is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to customer error, wrong size ordered, incorrect artwork submitted, low-quality artwork, approved proof errors, customer preference, buyer’s remorse, minor color variation, or delays outside our control.

If DIY Printz verifies that a production error occurred due to our mistake, we may, at our discretion, offer a reprint, repair, replacement, store credit, or other appropriate remedy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

C. Approved Cancellations, Returns, and Restocking Fee

If DIY Printz approves a cancellation, return, or manufacturer-related return for eligible apparel or goods before customization is completed, a 21% restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover processing, handling, administrative time, payment processing costs, supplier/vendor return charges, and manufacturer return expenses.

The 21% restocking fee does not guarantee that an order is eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Custom, decorated, printed, embroidered, used, washed, worn, altered, or special-order goods may be ineligible for return regardless of whether a restocking fee applies.

Restocking fee eligibility and any approved remedy are determined by DIY Printz in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.

9) Copyright, Trademark, and Prohibited Content

A. Ownership and Permission Required

We will not knowingly print content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights. This includes logos, brand assets, licensed characters, protected artwork, celebrity images, sports team marks, designer marks, and designs you do not own or have permission to use.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the artwork/content you submit, or that you have valid written permission, license, or authorization to use it.

B. Proof of Rights

We may require proof of ownership, license, or permission at any time. If you do not provide sufficient proof, we may decline, hold, cancel, or refuse production of the order.

C. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse production for any content we determine is inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or presents legal, reputational, or operational risk.

10) Customer-Supplied Goods and Supplied Shirts

If you supply your own goods, shirts, apparel, garments, accessories, promotional items, or other products for printing, embroidery, decoration, or customization, you understand and accept that production involves normal risk.

A. 3% Spoilage / Waste Allowance

A 3% spoilage, waste, or damage allowance applies to customer-supplied goods. This allowance covers normal production risk, including but not limited to misprints, ink/color variation, machine damage, embroidery issues, heat press marks, platen marks, alignment issues, handling issues, curing issues, thread breaks, garment defects, and other decoration or production-related issues.

Within this 3% allowance, DIY Printz is not responsible for reimbursing, replacing, or paying for the cost of customer-supplied goods, shirts, apparel, or other items unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

B. Replacement of Supplied Goods

If a customer-supplied item falls within the 3% spoilage/waste allowance and needs to be reprinted, embroidered, or redecorated, the customer is responsible for supplying a replacement item at the customer’s own cost.

DIY Printz may reprint, embroider, or redecorate the replacement item where appropriate, but DIY Printz does not cover the cost of the replacement garment or supplied item within the allowed spoilage/waste percentage.

C. Customer Responsibility for Supplied Goods

You are responsible for providing print-appropriate, high-quality goods suitable for the requested process. DIY Printz is not responsible for issues caused by garment quality, fabric content, coatings, seams, zippers, buttons, pockets, sizing inconsistencies, dye migration, manufacturer defects, shrinkage, prior washing, stains, odors, or items that are not suitable for the selected decoration method.

Customer-supplied goods should include reasonable extras to account for spoilage, testing, setup, and production risk. If insufficient extras are supplied, the customer accepts the risk that the full requested quantity may not be completed.

11) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

A. Carriers and Methods

Orders typically ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated, selected, or arranged.

B. Shipping Estimates

Production times, shipping times, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, supplier delays, inventory issues, artwork issues, payment issues, equipment issues, high order volume, or other events outside our control.

C. Signature Requirement

Orders totaling $700 or more may require a signature upon delivery for secure handling.

D. Expedited Shipping

For expedited options, including but not limited to UPS Express Saver or Next Day Air, contact us before placing your order to confirm availability, pricing, and production feasibility.

E. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout. DIY Printz is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, refused, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages after delivery to the provided address or transfer to the carrier, except where required by law.

12) Cancellations and Order Changes

Because many items are custom-produced, orders typically enter production quickly. Therefore:

  • After payment is processed, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed, except where required by law or where DIY Printz determines a change is feasible before production begins.
  • If a change is possible, it may result in additional charges, restocking fees, artwork fees, supplier fees, and/or production delays.
  • If blank apparel, garments, supplies, materials, or special-order products have already been ordered for your job, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to applicable costs and restocking fees.

13) SMS Program Terms

If you opt into SMS messaging:

  • You consent to receive service-related messages, including order updates, account notices, and transactional communications.
  • Where you separately consent, you may also receive marketing messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carrier delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our privacy practices as described in that policy.

15) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Print, embroidery, decoration, and product results may vary due to file quality, garment/material differences, manufacturer tolerances, production methods, equipment settings, dye lots, and standard production tolerances.
  • Color variations may occur between digital screens, proofs, transfers, thread charts, garment colors, and final printed or decorated products.
  • Minor placement, sizing, alignment, and color variations are considered normal in custom production.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DIY Printz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • DIY Printz’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) or service(s) giving rise to the claim.
  • DIY Printz is not responsible for lost profits, lost business, missed deadlines, event losses, resale losses, reputational harm, or other business-related damages resulting from delays, defects, order issues, or production outcomes.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIY Printz, Dimelo 2Live LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your submitted artwork, files, designs, logos, names, images, or content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party;
  • Your misuse of products, including improper application, washing, care, storage, resale, or handling;
  • Your customer-supplied goods, including defects, quality issues, or unsuitability for production.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19) Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Returns, refunds, and reprints are governed by our Return, Refund & Reprint Policy. In summary:

  • DTF / UV Transfers: Final sale; non-refundable; limited reprint remedy may be available for verified production defects.
  • Custom Printed Apparel: Final sale; non-refundable once production begins, artwork is approved, blank goods are ordered, or customization is completed. Reprint, repair, replacement, store credit, or other remedy may be available for verified DIY Printz production errors, subject to review and approval.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Return, Refund & Reprint Policy, the Return, Refund & Reprint Policy will control for return, refund, reprint, replacement, and store credit matters.
