ARTWORK UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS

Follow these DTF-ready specs to prevent print defects, production delays, or file rejections.

Artwork Quality

For the cleanest DTF output, submit artwork that is print-ready at the final size. Vector artwork is ideal, but high-resolution raster artwork is acceptable when prepared correctly.

  • Minimum 300 DPI at final size (avoid enlarging after export).
  • Avoid screenshots, low-res web images, and heavy compression artifacts.
  • Very thin lines and small text should be kept bold enough to transfer cleanly.

Color Mode

Submit files in RGB for the most accurate vibrancy in our DTF workflow.

  • For pure black, use RGB 0, 0, 0.
  • Avoid “rich black” mixes unless you intentionally want a tinted black.
  • Keep critical brand colors consistent across the full sheet.

Gang Sheet Size

Your gang sheet must be 22 inches wide. Build your layout to the exact size purchased and protect your artwork with a safe margin.

  • Leave a 0.15 inch margin on all sides to prevent trimming.
  • Do not place important details close to the edges.
  • Confirm scaling before exporting (avoid “fit to page”).

File Length & Splitting

To keep uploads stable and files manageable, we recommend a maximum height of 150–180 inches per file.

  • If you purchased 300 inches, send 2 files of 150 or 3 files of 100.
  • For repeats, you may send a smaller sheet (example: 22 × 50) and instruct how many times to print it.
  • Splitting is allowed as long as total inches match your purchase.

Accepted Formats

We accept PNG and PDF. We also accept AI files or a shared Canva link.

  • PNG: recommended when transparency is needed.
  • PDF/AI: convert all text to outlines and embed assets.
  • Ensure exports preserve your exact dimensions (22" width).

Artwork Responsibility & Changes

Please review your artwork carefully before submitting. You are responsible for ensuring your gang sheet is the correct size, layout, and quality. Our team does not provide full proofing; however, we may contact you if we notice an obvious issue.

We do not offer refunds or free reprints for low resolution, incorrect sizing, or customer file errors. Refunds/reprints are provided only for printing errors on our end.

If you uploaded the wrong file, contact us ASAP. If your order has not entered production, we may be able to swap the artwork. If it has already been printed, a new order will be required. Resubmitting files will delay your order.
