What custom apparel services does DIY Printz offer?
DIY Printz offers DTF printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, and embroidery on a wide range of blank apparel. We print custom t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks, polos, hats, and more — for individuals, businesses, teams, events, and brands.
Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?
No minimums. You can order a single custom t-shirt or a full production run of hundreds. Every order receives the same premium quality. Orders of 12 items or more include no setup fees and no design fees.
Can I get custom t-shirts printed the same day?
Yes. DIY Printz offers same-day custom apparel printing for qualifying orders. Same-day availability depends on garment stock, artwork readiness, order size, and production capacity. Local pickup orders can be placed until 5 PM ET for same-day pickup. Shipped orders must be placed before 1 PM ET.
What garment brands do you carry?
Some of our most popular brands include Bella+Canvas, Gildan, A4, AS Colour, Jerzees, and Sport-Tek, but we carry many more. If you need a specific brand or style not shown on our site, contact us and we can source it for your order.

What artwork do I need for custom apparel?
High-resolution files work best. Send a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI for the sharpest results. We also accept JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI files. Low-resolution images, blurry logos, or files that need editing may delay production.
Can you help design my artwork?
We can work with rough ideas, sketches, or logos that need cleanup. For complex custom design work, we recommend having your artwork created by a designer and sending us the print-ready file. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
What is the difference between DTF, DTG, and embroidery?
DTF (Direct to Film) prints full-color designs onto film that is heat-pressed onto garments — works on any fabric, vivid color, durable. DTG (Direct to Garment) prints ink directly onto cotton garments — great for soft-hand feel on cotton tees. Embroidery stitches your design into the fabric — premium look ideal for polos, hats, and business apparel.
What fabrics can you print on?
DTF transfers work on virtually any fabric — cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, denim, canvas, and more. DTG works best on 100% cotton. Embroidery works on most structured fabrics. We can advise on the best method for your specific garment.

How is custom apparel priced?
Pricing depends on the garment type, print method, number of print locations, and order quantity. Orders of 12 items or more have no setup fees and no design fees. Larger orders typically get a lower per-piece cost. Contact us for a quote on bulk or multi-location orders.
Do you offer free shipping on custom apparel?
Yes. Free shipping on orders over $250 via UPS Ground from Davie, Florida. Most Florida deliveries arrive in 1–2 business days. Nationwide delivery is typically 2–5 business days.
Can I pick up my custom apparel in person?
Yes. Local pickup is available at our shop — 5051 S SR-7, Unit 505, Davie, FL 33314, right next to the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel. We are open Monday–Friday 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM.
How do I care for my custom printed apparel?
For the longest-lasting results, wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Properly cared for, DTF and DTG prints can last 50+ washes without cracking or fading.
