DIY Printz is committed to fast, reliable shipping for orders shipped within the United States. This Shipping Policy explains our processing timelines, delivery methods, signature requirements, expedited options, and important delivery disclaimers.

1) Shipping Coverage

United States Only

At this time, DIY Printz ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

2) Order Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Standard Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, depending on order volume and production requirements.

Rush Services

Orders with Rush Service may ship faster. If your Rush Service order is submitted before the applicable cutoff time, it may ship the same business day, subject to production capacity and order readiness.

Important: Processing time (production/fulfillment) is separate from carrier transit time. Carrier delivery timelines begin once the package is scanned by the carrier.

3) Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is typically UPS Ground. Transit time is generally 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on your delivery location and carrier conditions.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited options (including, for example, UPS Next Day Air) may be available at checkout where supported. Expedited shipping reduces transit time, but does not automatically reduce production/processing time unless Rush Service is selected or otherwise confirmed by DIY Printz.

4) Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

For orders valued at $700 or more, a signature may be required upon delivery to promote secure handling and reduce the risk of loss or theft.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If a signature-required delivery is missed, carrier re-delivery attempts and/or pickup requirements are controlled by the carrier.

5) Custom Orders and Production Considerations

Orders involving customization, made-to-order production, or any process requiring DIY Printz to produce a finalized printed product may require additional production time to meet quality standards.

  • Orders ship according to the method selected at checkout.

  • For expedited shipping selections, the package will ship using the selected expedited service once production is completed.

  • Rush Services (if purchased) impact production priority and may shorten the time before shipment.

We aim to balance speed and quality to ensure your order is produced accurately and shipped promptly once ready.

6) Tracking and Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the carrier’s operational schedules and policies. DIY Printz provides tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

7) Delays Outside Our Control (Holidays, Weather, Carrier Disruptions)

Shipping and delivery timelines may be impacted by factors outside our control, including:

  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Carrier network disruptions, staffing shortages, or delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided at checkout

DIY Printz is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.

8) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, returned, or rerouted. Additional carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributable to DIY Printz.

9) Shipping Policy Updates

DIY Printz may update this Shipping Policy periodically. Updates are effective upon posting on the Site.
