Description
This product is built for customers who are new to DTF or anyone who wants to save time and skip manual gang-sheet setup. With our Auto Glitter Gang Sheet Builder, you can drag and drop your artwork/logos, enter the quantity, set the exact imprint size, and the builder will automatically arrange (auto-nest) your designs into a print-ready glitter gang sheet typically in just a few seconds (timing depends on how many files you add).
What makes this “Glitter” (and why customers love it)
Your gang sheet is printed on glitter DTF film to give designs a sparkling, premium finish that stands out on apparel. Glitter DTF is widely marketed as a DTF variation that delivers vivid color plus a glitter/shimmer effect for eye-catching garments.
How the builder works
- Upload artwork (logos/designs)
- Drag & drop onto the builder
- Set quantity (duplicate designs as needed)
- Adjust imprint size (final printed size)
- Auto-arrange into a print-ready gang sheet
- Checkout and we print your glitter gang sheet
Best for (high-converting niche use cases)
- Holiday & seasonal merch (sparkle sells)
- Kids + youth apparel (glitter upgrades margins)
- Cheer / dance / spirit wear, teams, events, boutique drops
- First-time DIY shirts where customers don’t know how to build a gang sheet
Artwork tips (so the sheet prints clean)
- Use transparent background PNGs when possible
- Use high-resolution artwork (especially for small text)
- Double-check final imprint sizes before checkout (we print what’s approved in the builder)
- Keep critical details away from edges to avoid trimming risk
ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Accurate Sizing (Print at Final Dimensions)
Build your artwork at the exact size you want it printed. Do not rely on scaling after upload resizing can reduce sharpness and alter layout.
Do not submit mirrored artwork unless you specifically need a reversed print. Mirrored files can cause output errors and incorrect orientation during production.
Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI (at Actual Print Size)
For crisp edges and clean detail, artwork must be 300 DPI at the final print dimensions. Lower resolution files may appear blurry, pixelated, or soft once printed and pressed.
Preferred File Types
For the most accurate print results, submit:
- Vector files (best for logos and sharp text)
- PDF
- PNG (transparent background)
These formats preserve quality and reduce the risk of unwanted artifacts.
File Preparation & Handling
Combine All Elements Into One Print File
If your design includes multiple imported graphics, merge them into a single, properly arranged file to ensure consistent spacing and continuous printing—especially for gang sheets.
Use Transparent Backgrounds (No Solid Blocks Unless Intended)
Keep backgrounds transparent whenever possible for a cleaner final application. Avoid placing artwork on a colored canvas or adding a background layer unless you want that background printed.
Convert All Text to Outlines/Paths
Convert fonts to outlines (paths/curves) before submitting. This prevents font substitution, missing characters, and layout shifts, ensuring your design prints exactly as intended.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
DTF Transfer Application & Care Guide (Direct-to-Film Gang Sheets)
Before You Press
- Trim the transfer first. Using scissors, cut away any color registration strips and order/ID markings around the artwork. If left on, these extra markings can heat-bond to the garment.
- Preheat the garment (3–5 seconds). This removes moisture and helps the transfer bond more evenly. Let the fabric cool briefly before placing the transfer.
Positioning the Transfer
- Place the transfer on the garment with the white side down and the image facing up.
- Ensure the transfer is flat and properly aligned before pressing.
Press Settings (Recommended)
- Temperature: 300°F
- Time: 10 seconds
- Pressure: Medium (firm, even pressure)
Consistent temperature, time, and pressure are key to long-lasting adhesion especially on cotton and cotton blends.
Peel Options
Choose the peel method that matches your film type and preference:
- Hot Peel: Peel the film immediately after opening the heat press.
- Cold Peel: Allow the film to cool for about 60 seconds, then peel.
Finishing Press (Strongly Recommended)
- Cover the design with parchment paper (or a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or tissue paper).
- Press again for 5 seconds using the same temperature and pressure.
- This step improves durability, wash resistance, and finish.
If the Transfer Doesn’t Release Cleanly
If the film doesn’t peel off completely:
- Lay the film back down in place, press again for a few seconds, then peel again (hot or cold depending on your method).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For Best Longevity
- Turn garment inside out before washing and drying.
- Machine wash cold.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Avoid
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron directly on the design (if ironing is needed, keep the garment inside out and avoid the print area).
