Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Carrier
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.
Cold/Heat & Storage Notice (Important for Ink)
DTF inks are sensitive to temperature. We package orders with care, but customers are responsible for bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery. Exposure to extreme heat or cold may affect product performance.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns on this product under the conditions below:
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation).
Return Conditions (Must Meet All)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Returned with any included materials (if applicable)
Opened, used, or tampered ink is not eligible for return due to product integrity and safety/quality reasons.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (minus shipping fees and the 10% restocking fee). Processing time can vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/returns are not accepted for:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Opened or used ink
- Items damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or exposure after delivery (extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, etc.)
- Missing parts/packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if you use these)

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
