DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color, durable heat-applied designs printed on film and transferred onto garments using a heat press. They work on a wide range of fabrics and are ideal for logos, graphics, and gang sheets.

Zero minimums. From a single transfer to bulk orders we can handle it.

Our gang sheet standard width is 22". Customers can order from any of our pre-made size or order by the inch.

DIY Printz DTF Transfers are designed for long-lasting wear. In an internal wash-use check on a 100% cotton shirt up to 100 machine wash cycles (80°F, normal cycle, line dry) the print maintained strong color and adhesion with no noticeable peeling or cracking, and minimal change in feel. Results may vary based on garment type, application method, and wash conditions.

Expedited orders are prioritized in production and typically ship within 24–48 hours (business days). Processing time starts after artwork approval and may vary slightly based on order volume and file readiness.

Accepted Artwork Files

For DTF Transfers, vector files are preferred for the sharpest results.

  • Preferred: .AI, .PDF
  • Accepted: .PNG, (minimum 300 DPI)
  • Important: If submitting vector art, outline/flatten all text.

For digital marketing, apparel, and promotional items, most formats are acceptable. Non-vector artwork may require conversion to be printable or embroiderable, which can include an additional fee.
