This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations and changes work for certain purchase types that may be offered on www.diyprintz.com, including Subscriptions/Memberships, Pre-Orders, and Try Before You Buy (if enabled). This Policy should be read together with our Return, Refund & Reprint Policy, which controls refunds, returns, and reprints.
1) Scope and Priority
If there is any conflict between this Policy and our Return, Refund & Reprint Policy, then:

This Policy controls how and when an order/subscription can be changed or canceled; and

The Return, Refund & Reprint Policy controls whether an item is refundable, returnable, or eligible for reprint.
2) Subscriptions and Memberships
DIY Printz may offer subscriptions, including membership plans that renew on a recurring basis (typically monthly) and may include benefits such as discounted pricing, perks, or access to member-only offers.
A. Billing and Renewal

When you enroll, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processors (not by DIY Printz).

Subscriptions/memberships may auto-renew unless canceled.
B. How to Cancel or Change
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by:

Using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email (if available), or

Contacting us at sales@diyprintz.com for assistance.
C. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not change the current billing period:

Your subscription remains active through the current paid month, and
-
Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle (the following month).

D. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend/cancel access until payment is successfully processed.
3) Pre-Orders
From time to time, DIY Printz may offer pre-orders for products that are out of stock or not yet available for immediate fulfillment.
A. Payment for Pre-Orders
Depending on the product and checkout configuration, we may:

Charge the full amount at checkout; or
-
Collect a partial deposit and store your payment method to charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
B. Canceling a Pre-Order (Before Fulfillment)
You may cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled/shipped, subject to the conditions below:

If your pre-order has not entered production and has not shipped, we can cancel it.

If a deposit was collected, deposit refunds (if any) will follow the Return, Refund & Reprint Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
C. Pre-Orders That Enter Production or Are Fulfilled
Once a pre-order is:

In production, or
-
Fulfilled/shipped,
it may no longer be cancellable due to the custom nature of production and fulfillment workflows.
If it has already shipped, you may still request resolution under our Return, Refund & Reprint Policy, but eligibility depends on the product type:

DTF/UV Transfers: final sale; limited reprint remedy for verified defects

Customized Products (apparel/promotional/marketing print): final sale; reprint remedy for verified production defects

Blank Products: eligible for return within 7 days (conditions + restocking fee apply)

Digital Products: non-refundable

Memberships: non-refundable
4) Try Before You Buy (If Offered)
DIY Printz may offer “Try Before You Buy” only if this feature is enabled on the Site for eligible products.
A. Authorization and Charging

We may authorize your payment method at checkout (a temporary hold) before the order ships.

You will have a specified evaluation period stated at checkout and/or in your confirmation email.

If you do not return the item within the evaluation period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
B. Returns During the Evaluation Period
Returns must follow the instructions provided and must be shipped back within the stated timeframe. Return eligibility, condition standards, and any fees (such as restocking fees for blank products) follow our Return, Refund & Reprint Policy.
C. Ineligible Items
Certain product categories may be excluded from “Try Before You Buy,” including customized products, DTF/UV transfers, and digital products, due to their nature. If “Try Before You Buy” is available for an item, that will be clearly indicated at checkout.
5) How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or change (where self-service is not available), contact us with:

6) Fraud Prevention and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests, limit purchases, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation, consistent with applicable law.
7) Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting on the Site.
