Do I need to spend $3,500 in one order?
No. Purchases associated with your customer profile add up across the rolling previous 12 months. The threshold is not a minimum cart total.
Does every product receive 10% off?
No. VIP10 applies only to eligible one-time purchases from the DTF Transfers, UV Transfers, Sublimation Transfers and Speciality Transfers collections. Other products and services are not automatically included.
Do I need a discount code?
No code is needed. Once your VIP10 status is active, the discount applies automatically to eligible items at checkout when you use the customer account or email linked to that status.
Will the order that qualifies me get 10% off?
Not retroactively. The benefit applies to eligible future orders after VIP10 activates. If you have just qualified and do not see the discount on a later eligible checkout, contact us before completing your purchase.
Can I combine VIP10 with another discount?
No. The current VIP10 discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Review the final discount and total shown at checkout before paying.
How do I keep VIP10, and can I earn it again?
Maintain at least $3,500 in spending over the previous 12 months. Earned status is removed if that rolling total falls below the threshold. You can requalify by meeting the threshold again.
I use more than one email. Will my orders combine?
Do not assume that orders under different customer profiles will be combined. Use the same account or email for your purchases, and contact DIY Printz if your order history needs review.
