Yes. When applied correctly, neon DTF transfers have the same wash durability as standard DTF. Fluorescent colors may soften slightly over many washes, which is normal for all fluorescent inks across any print method — but the transfer itself will not crack or peel.

Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high-heat drying — this helps preserve the fluorescent vibrancy for the longest possible life.

Like all fluorescent pigments, extended direct sunlight exposure over time can cause gradual fading. For items that will be worn primarily outdoors in direct sun for long periods, standard CMYK colors may hold better.
